| How will you know what to teach me in our lessons? | Most teachers might just ask you what song you want to learn and then just teach you how to play it without any real strategy. | In your FREE Introductory Lesson I assess your current skill level, challenges and musical interests. Then I strategically design a personalized lesson plan based solely upon your unique and specific musical goals. |
| How will you keep track of my progress? | Most teachers don’t keep track of any progress made. They often forget what they have taught you in previous lessons. | I create a personal file in my database for everything that you were given and all progress that has been made from it. I periodically record your playing and point out your strong and weak points so you have a clear distinction on what needs to be focused on first in order to achieve maximum results. |
| What if I can’t remember what I learned in my lessons? | Most teachers don’t have a solution to prevent this from happening and will end up having to reteach the material in another lesson. | I record all of our lessons together and email them to you periodically so you can listen back to them whenever you feel like it. Doing so will cause everything you learn to be constantly reinforced and you will never forget what was taught in the lesson ever again. |
| How will you help me reach my goals faster? | Most teachers teach out of a book in a linear fashion. Moving from one subject to the next and the constant overload of information is usually too much to handle. | I present the right things in the right order and only if its relevant to your specific goals. I also train you how to apply everything you learn in a musical context. |
| What if I’m unsure about what to do with the lesson assignments? | Most teachers do not have a solution for this. You will have to wait until the next lesson to get any questions answered which will in turn take away from the lesson time. | I have office hours which I can be contacted by either phone or email to answer any questions in which you may have between lessons. I also have a student forum where you can post questions or concerns about anything. |
| I have no time to practice. How can I still progress? | Most teachers have no solution to this problem. | I can teach you how to practice away from your guitar and still make the progress you desire. I can also design shorter practice schedules based upon your available time commitment. |
| What else do you have to offer? | Most teachers have nothing other than your standard lessons. | I am constantly in design of new programs, lesson formats and bonus items. I am also frequently adding more FREE resources to my website to keep you motivated ALL the time! |
